With my Windows Phone, I noticed that the Zune player sounded like a superb way to watch movies, so with my Body Glove case with the stand, I thought, why not? As it happens, I have "The Life Aquatic" and upon syncing it from my collection with the phone, an unknown error occurs. I tested other smaller movies that go through fine. The bit rate for this movie is 749 Kbs, is that too high? Or is it something with the MP4 format?

Used a Zune file converter. No luck. Probably a problem with the phone. – etsr Nov 23 '12 at 1:42

I had this earlier. It's probably the dimensions of the movie. or that it is a MP4, Im watching DIVX/XVID Avi's with the size of 1.7GB without any problem – EaterOfCode Jun 27 '13 at 12:47
