See attached pic and notice the module just above the HTC logo that houses the flash, lens, and what appears to be the speaker.

The plastic film that covers the lends has become very scuffed up over the past year and a half which results in very hazy and/or blurry photos. I want to see about replacing that part, but I don't know what that module is called. I've searched for htc trophy lens cover and htc trophy back cover and nothing relevant appears to come up.

That's... special. You might just be better off contacting HTC support and asking them for the part name/number. Their phone number (U.S.) is +1-866-449-8358, open 7 days a week from 0800-0100 U.S. Eastern. Contact numbers for other regions can be found here. Also, you may want to try using "HTC 7 Trophy" (quotes included) in your searches. Wiki says that's the model name used for the phone "in all countries except the US". – Iszi Feb 23 at 19:18
