This is probably from Facebook calendar (Facebook Events).
You can prevent events that are not responded by ticking "Only show Facebook events I've responded to" in Calendar > Settings.
If you don't want notification from Calendar at all, go to Settings > Lock Screen > Notifications and change calendar from options.
I figured out the problem. The app needs to be installed on the phone itself, not the SD card. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it accordingly.
I found that out here, under Known Live tile / Lock screen issues.
Ok, solution was really quite simple, this may be enough:
Disable lock screen password
Enable the lock screen password. When it prompts for the new password, it should show just the numeric phone dial keypad.
Makes sense in the hindsight, though I tried other things before I figured it out. Just in case, here's a list of steps I did. Again, the bolded ...
As of the writing of this, pattern unlock isn't supported on Windows Phone. The only option for protecting your phone is currently a PIN code.

Settings > Lock Screen > "Screen times out after" is the only place you can configure the lock screen timeout setting.
The times listed in the dropdown appear to vary by device and firmware version.
For example, I had a lend of a developer Lumia 920 from Nokia and it listed many timeout values including "never". Yet my own Lumia 920 (UK, unlocked) has ...
The timeout options vary by hardware and provider - as Shawn noted this might be due to display burning concerns. Unfortunately it seems like you can't force other options to show up at this point. However, developers can force the display to stay on as long as their app is visible.
Still, the real issue is that Groove should not stop downloading when your ...
As a matter of fact you can set the timeout to be never.
This can cause serious problems such as compatiblity issues and others. You should proceed at your own risk.

Ok, I found a method to do this with one app. It's far from perfect, but at least it works.
Find and install Fantasia Painter app.
Load the image from gallery in the app.
First you are in a view where you can enlarge or shrink canvas by dragging with finger from the corner markers. You can also rotate and move the image itself, often accidentally... It's a ...

It is not possible to change when the Bing wallpaper runs a wallpaper update on your phone but you can use other apps such as Locksider, PhotoStream and My 500px to achieve what you are looking for.
Among the above apps, PhotoStream is free and the other two are not (you can try them for free).
It may be possible that the background task that updates the lock screen has been turned off. There is an article at WPCentral that details how to make sure background tasks are active for the apps you want.
To me you are describing the power button that turns off the screen.
if you go to lockscreen settings: Settings -> lock screen you can set 2 things:
Screen times out after:
to 15 minutes
this is the time the screen will turn off automatically when not used.
the 2nd option is:
Require a password after:
I have the same issue. The sim pincode screen is NOT working. It seems to have changed. Instead of Enter there is an OK button and the input is not shown.
By placing the sim card in turned on mode I can pass by the Sim Pincode screen!
The SIM PIN screen is currently broken. So far the only fix I've found, is to remove the PIN code altogether. You can bypass the SIM screen by pressing the "back" button when you start up the phone. If you do try to enter the pin code and enter it, the phone will freeze and you will need to reset it to access the phone Again.
In Windows phone 8.1 the copied text or clipboard text will disappear after you lock your phone. This problem is fixed in Windows 10 mobile. There is no solution to this until the Windows 10 update arrives to your device.

Here you can choose an app to show detailed status i.e) in the line next to time. By default it is calender.
Also there are apps which show quick status , one of them is the mail icon in your screenshot.
You can change them in your settings.
