In the settings app you can click the System submenu. Under Storage you can move apps from the phone to a SD card by tapping the app and chossing move. As far as I have seen there is not a possibility to move all apps possible at the same time. If you however sort by size you can move the largest ones first to clean up the most space.
This has changed with Windows 10 Mobile. From Microsoft's documentation:
When you set up your phone, sign in with your Microsoft account and
accept the recommended settings. That's all you need to do to turn on
Reset Protection. If you don't turn it on during setup, you can always
go to Settings > Updates & security > Find my phone

Other services you use to sync your stuff (OneDrive, DropBox, etc...)
Apps that run in background (such as Skype, Hike, WhatsApp, etc...)

You're getting the terms mixed up (memory vs RAM).
RAM refers to the high speed memory where apps are executed, not stored. The Lumia 730 has 1GB of RAM. The system manages the RAM and there is no option (or reason) to manage this manually.
Storage memory is different. All Windows Phones have built-in storage, anywhere from 4GB to 16GB to even 64GB. Some ...
To answer my question, zero OS crashes are normal.
Blue screens on Desktop Windows usually happen because of faulty hardware or badly written third party drivers.
I don't think there are many third party drivers on Windows Phone, but there is one piece of external hardware the Micro-SD card.
So I moved all apps and data from the SD card to the internal ...
I recommend some steps to reduce your storage consumed by Mail & Messaging app.
Backup your SMS & MMS into SD card by using Transfer My Data
app by Microsoft. Delete the SMS and MMS on your phone. You can restore it using
the same Transfer My Data app after update.
Unlink Skype from Messaging app. Use Skype app instead. It can be moved to SD card if ...
Go to Settings->System->Notifications & Actions.
Make sure Notification for Whatsapp is turned on.
Also enable Show notification in action center for the app.
Adjust Banner notification, sound and vibration setting to your needs.
You could try Project My Screen App. With the app you can use the phone externally by connecting it to PC via USB cable. The only problem is that using the application requires allowing the screen projection on the phones’s screen so
I think the method won’t unfortunately work in your case where the screen is completely out of game.
I’ve used the app once ...
With the Edge browser in Windows 10 Mobile, downloaded files are stored in the "Downloads" folder on the device.
You can access this folder using the Files app that is included with W10M. You can then open, copy/move, or delete the file.
You can also use an SD card to store downloads. When a SD card is inserted, you'll be asked whether or not to use it ...

You should never update your phone when the power is critical, as the update process eats up a lot of juice. You might need to look at resetting your phone, or using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool to reinstall the latest firmware for your phone, then you can upgrade it once it is back on.
I would advise that you try a soft reset first to ree if it resolves ...
Never update your phone when battery is low. It is recommended that you have 80% of battery power before proceeding. It is likely that due to the sudden power loss , the update files may have corrupted. If a soft reset(nothing will be deleted) (power down button and volume down button until it vibrates) does not solve it, you may have to perform a hard reset ...
This error code is associated with unavailability of service. This is probably due to an error with the Microsoft Store on the mobile device itself.
Restart the phone. Sync your Microsoft account. Check time and date of your mobile is it correct? Also check regions and regional formats. Also, make sure your default applications installation location is the ...
Lumia 730 should come with a 1GB RAM. The easiest way to confirm this is by opening the windows phone store and search for a high end game, say, Modern Combat 5, Modern Combat 4, Brother in Arms 3, NOVA 3 etc. If you could locate any of these games in the store, it means your device is equipped with 1GB RAM. You cannot install the above games on Lumia ...
