My 1020 did the same thing. I turned it off completely then turned it back on and it works fine now.


While this isn't the ideal fix, there are free apps like Fantasia Painter Free in the WP7 marketplace that you can use to rotate those photos. With the new Windows Phone 8, basic image manipulation like rotating the image is now supported.


As far as I know, No it's not possible. :/


VLC for Windows Phone ought to do the trick for you. The default video player in Windows 10 Mobile also lets you do this.
